Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert technical support to NVIDIA customers regarding hardware, software, and driver-related issues across various product lines.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems using a combination of analytical skills, established procedures, and creative problem-solving.
  • Document support interactions, resolutions, and solutions thoroughly in the ticketing system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-tier support teams or engineering as needed, providing comprehensive summaries and diagnostic data.
  • Stay up-to-date with NVIDIA's evolving product portfolio, software releases, and technical documentation.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive knowledge base and self-help resources to empower users.

Required Skills
