Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex technical projects from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against them.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, proactively developing contingency plans.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across diverse, cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and operations.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular updates on project status, issues, and successes.
- Ensure projects adhere to NVIDIA's quality standards, processes, and methodologies.
- Conduct post-project reviews and analyses to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
- Drive problem resolution and decision-making to keep projects on track.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of demonstrable project management experience, preferably in a technology or semiconductor industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with project management software tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
- Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or MBA.
