Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex technical projects from initiation to closure.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against them.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, proactively developing contingency plans.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across diverse, cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and operations.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular updates on project status, issues, and successes.
  • Ensure projects adhere to NVIDIA's quality standards, processes, and methodologies.
  • Conduct post-project reviews and analyses to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
  • Drive problem resolution and decision-making to keep projects on track.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of demonstrable project management experience, preferably in a technology or semiconductor industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with project management software tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
