Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full design lifecycle from concept to launch, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other designers to define product requirements, specifications, and user stories.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
- Present design concepts, prototypes, and user flows to stakeholders, articulating design rationale and incorporating feedback effectively.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design to continuously improve design methodologies.
- Contribute to a culture of design excellence and innovation within the team and across the organization.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a similar role.
- Proven experience with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of product design work, including web and/or desktop applications.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and information architecture.
- Experience with user research methodologies and translating research findings into actionable design insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience designing for developer tools, enterprise software, or high-performance computing applications.
- Familiarity with NVIDIA's ecosystem, including GPUs, AI, and related software platforms.
- Basic understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate effective communication with engineers.
- Experience working with large-scale design systems.
