Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and process large datasets from various internal and external sources to ensure data integrity and reliability.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, generating insights to inform business strategies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Marketing, Sales) to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels.
- Design and execute A/B tests and other experimental analyses to evaluate the impact of new features, products, or marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to data modeling, ETL processes, and database management to optimize data accessibility and performance.
- Stay current with industry best practices in data analytics, data science, and visualization techniques, actively seeking opportunities for continuous improvement in our data methodologies and tools.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, including complex queries and database management.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to create compelling and informative dashboards.
- Expertise in statistical analysis, experimental design, and data modeling techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex data insights to diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a focus on analytics.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for advanced data analysis and statistical modeling.
- Familiarity with big data technologies and cloud platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience in the semiconductor, gaming, artificial intelligence, or cloud computing industry.
