Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evaluate novel AI algorithms and models, primarily focusing on deep learning and machine learning.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in areas such as computer vision, natural language processing, reinforcement learning, or robotics.
- Collaborate with other researchers, engineers, and product teams to translate research into real-world applications and products.
- Publish research findings in top-tier conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR, ICCV, ACL) and peer-reviewed journals.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of AI research within NVIDIA.
- Mentor junior researchers and interns, fostering a culture of scientific excellence and collaboration.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate relevant techniques into ongoing projects.
- Optimize AI models and algorithms for NVIDIA's GPU architectures and software platforms (e.g., CUDA, TensorRT).
Required Skills
- PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Demonstrable research experience in machine learning or deep learning, evidenced by publications or significant project contributions.
- Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Proficiency in C++ for performance-critical implementations.
