Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, adhering to safety protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical conditions, documenting all observations accurately.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.
- Respond to medical emergencies and assist in life-saving procedures.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Required Skills
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse in Jamaica (or eligibility to register).
- Proven clinical nursing skills in an acute care setting.
