Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive direct patient care, including administering prescribed medications, performing various treatments, and meticulously monitoring vital signs and patient status.
- Conduct thorough and systematic patient assessments, developing individualized, evidence-based care plans in close collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Accurately and promptly document all patient observations, interventions performed, and responses to treatment in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Educate patients and their families effectively on health conditions, safe medication management practices, discharge planning, and essential self-care techniques.
- Assist physicians and other medical staff diligently during examinations, complex procedures, and critical medical emergencies, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient environment, strictly adhering to all hospital infection control protocols and safety regulations.
