Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior mechanical technicians in the inspection, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment and systems, including pumps, compressors, valves, pipelines, and generators.
  • Learn and apply proper diagnostic techniques to identify mechanical malfunctions and failures.
  • Participate in routine preventative maintenance schedules to ensure equipment longevity and optimal performance.
  • Execute minor repairs and adjustments under supervision, using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Help in the documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and repair reports.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies.
  • Support the setup and dismantling of equipment for maintenance and operational tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
  • Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
