Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments of Nike products, verifying accuracy against documentation.
- Efficiently and accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specified procedures.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
- Operate various warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks), with training provided.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in reconciling discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Prepare products for shipment, including labeling, scanning, and loading onto outbound vehicles.
- Identify and report any product damage, quality issues, or safety hazards.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift, push, pull, and carry objects up to 25 kg (50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Punctuality and a strong work ethic.
- Basic mathematical skills for counting and inventory tasks.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
