Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and various departments, including scheduling, correspondence, and report preparation.
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings (including booking rooms, sending invitations, and arranging catering), and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
- Organise and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring efficient retrieval of documents and information.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, directing queries to the appropriate personnel.
- Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Assist with office supply inventory management, procurement, and liaise with vendors as needed.
- Facilitate travel arrangements and expense report submissions for team members.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing Nike with professionalism.
- Support the planning and execution of internal company events and team-building activities.
- Ensure the office environment is organised, welcoming, and operates smoothly.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
