As a Sales Executive at Nigerian Breweries, you will be positioned at the forefront of our commercial operations, playing a pivotal role in expanding our market reach, nurturing and strengthening vital customer relationships, and consistently achieving ambitious sales targets within your designated territory. Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume and revenue targets within the specified territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and product penetration.
  • Implement and execute trade marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and merchandising initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Ensure optimal product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards across all retail outlets.
  • Manage product inventory and stock rotation at distributor and retail levels to minimize losses.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company commercial policies, credit terms, and operational guidelines.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any trade-related issues promptly and professionally.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Deep understanding of the local market dynamics in Obio-Akpor, Port Harcourt.
  • Target-oriented and highly self-motivated.

Preferred Qualifications
