Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct personal care assistance (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming) with respect and dignity.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning of individuals.
- Support individuals with medication reminders and management as per established protocols.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding, ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Perform light household duties and maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Engage individuals in social activities, hobbies, and community outings to promote well-being.
- Monitor and report any changes in an individual's physical, emotional, or mental state.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of care provided.

Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
