Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, managing the appointment book efficiently.
- Answer incoming calls, triage inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Process patient registrations, update personal and insurance information accurately, and ensure all necessary forms are completed.
- Manage patient records, ensuring strict adherence to confidentiality and data protection protocols (e.g., HIPAA).
- Collect co-pays and outstanding balances, process payments, and issue receipts.
- Assist patients with inquiries regarding services, appointments, and general clinic procedures.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and welcoming.
- Liaise with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and communication between front desk and medical teams.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and emails.
- Order and maintain office supplies as needed.

Required Skills
