Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and record keeping.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate correspondence.
  • Onboard new employees, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and physical files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Support HR projects and initiatives, including training and development programs.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits and leave programs.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Help organize and coordinate company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Generate HR reports as required by management.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably within HR.
