Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate correspondence.
- Onboard new employees, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and physical files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment verification letters, offer letters, and termination paperwork.
- Support HR projects and initiatives, including training and development programs.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits and leave programs.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Help organize and coordinate company events and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Generate HR reports as required by management.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably within HR.
