Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain appointment schedules, calendars, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including venue booking, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and accessibility of records.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and postal mail, directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation in accordance with established procedures.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Assist with onboarding new staff members, providing necessary administrative support.
