Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain appointment schedules, calendars, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including venue booking, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and accessibility of records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and postal mail, directing inquiries appropriately.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation in accordance with established procedures.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Assist with onboarding new staff members, providing necessary administrative support.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless administrative support and information flow.
