Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with Netflix’s global brand vision and content release schedule.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, and audio/podcasts) across platforms like Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media channels, listen to audience sentiment, and respond authentically to engage users and foster community.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, PR, and production teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign synergy.
- Analyze social media performance data, generate insightful reports, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization and growth.
- Stay relentlessly up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, platform changes, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
- Plan and execute creative social media campaigns for new content launches, existing title promotion, and brand initiatives.

Required Skills
- Proven 3+ years of professional experience in social media management, with a preference for experience within the entertainment, media, or tech industry.

- Deep and current understanding of major social media platforms, their respective algorithms, analytics, and best practices.
