Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for various HR programs and initiatives, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management cycles.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and other internal databases.
  • Assist with the coordination of interviews, meetings, and HR-related events, ensuring seamless logistics.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR-related matters, redirecting complex issues to appropriate specialists.
  • Prepare HR-related documentation, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Support HR team members with data entry, file management, and auditing to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes and employee experience.
  • Handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a remote team.

Preferred Qualifications
