Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-quality visual assets for Netflix original series, films, games, and brand campaigns, including key art, social media graphics, digital ads, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing strategists, copywriters, and other designers to conceptualize and execute compelling visual narratives.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to Netflix brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, meeting tight deadlines.
  • Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continually elevate the quality of work.
  • Contribute to the development of design systems and templates for consistent brand representation.
  • Participate in creative brainstorms and contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns.
  • Provide design support for internal presentations and communications as needed.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in entertainment, media, or tech.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design work, with an emphasis on digital and campaign assets.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Proven ability to translate creative briefs into engaging visual solutions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
