Job Description

As a Work From Home Customer Support Representative, you will be the front-line ambassador for our brand, assisting our global members with a wide range of inquiries. This includes troubleshooting technical issues related to streaming, account management, billing, and general platform navigation. You will primarily interact with members through phone, chat, and email, ensuring every interaction is positive, efficient, and resolves their concerns. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class customer support to Netflix members via phone, chat, and email, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems related to streaming devices, network connectivity, account access, and content playback.
  • Assist members with account management, billing questions, password resets, and subscription plan adjustments.

  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs) for response and resolution times.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot various devices and software.
  • Proficiency with common computer applications and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Empathetic and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
