Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in a structured rotation program across various departments to gain cross-functional exposure and understanding of Nestlé's business operations.
  • Contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives, taking ownership of assigned tasks and delivering results within specified timelines.
  • Work collaboratively with diverse teams, stakeholders, and mentors to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
  • Engage in continuous learning and development activities, including workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative solutions.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Represent Nestlé's values and culture in all internal and external interactions.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) degree from a recognized university in a relevant discipline (e.g., Engineering, Sciences, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain).
  • Completed National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program or exemption.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous internship or industrial attachment experience in a reputable organization.
  • Participation in extracurricular activities or leadership roles during university.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and challenges.
  • Strong passion for the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry and Nestlé's brands.
