Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Risk Officer to join our team, focusing on immediate start requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and monitor various risk types, including credit, market, operational, compliance, and strategic risks.
- Develop, implement, and maintain risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, analyze risk data, and prepare comprehensive risk reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements and internal risk policies.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to business units on risk-related matters and control effectiveness.
- Facilitate risk workshops and training sessions to enhance risk awareness across the organization.
- Investigate and report on risk events, recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during risk reviews and assessments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of risk management processes and tools.
Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in risk management within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products, markets, and regulatory environments.

- Proven ability to communicate complex information effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and tools.
