Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate loan products.
- Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Analyze financial information and credit histories to assess loan eligibility and risk.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NAB's lending products, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and follow-up.
- Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and other internal departments to ensure timely loan approvals and closings.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly loan origination targets.
- Ensure all activities comply with federal and state lending laws and company policies.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a lending, financial services, or sales role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of various loan products (e.g., personal, auto, mortgage, small business).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and make informed lending decisions.
- Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong ethical conduct and commitment to client confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System) registration or ability to obtain.
- Experience working in a regulated financial environment.
