Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to management and team members.
  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professional presentation.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring data accuracy, security, and accessibility.
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and other facility-related requests to ensure a productive work environment.
  • Process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation with precision and in compliance with company policies.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing them appropriately and professionally.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, analyses, and summaries as required, gathering necessary data and information.
  • Facilitate internal communication flow, ensuring timely dissemination of information and fostering team cohesion.
  • Support special projects and initiatives, taking on additional tasks as needed to achieve team goals and objectives.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (2+ years) as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) at an advanced level.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of English grammar and spelling.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
