Job Description

RevUnit is actively seeking a talented Music Project Coordinator to become a vital member of our rapidly expanding Creative & Content Initiatives team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in the end-to-end management and meticulous coordination of a diverse portfolio of creative projects. These initiatives may frequently involve music-related content, innovative brand activations, compelling digital campaigns incorporating sophisticated audio elements, and crucial internal projects designed to significantly enhance RevUnit’s brand presence and creative footprint. Key Responsibilities
- Initiate, coordinate, and diligently manage creative projects from their conceptual inception through to their successful completion, with a particular focus on content encompassing music, audio, video, and various multimedia elements.
- Proactively develop, maintain, and rigorously update detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, guaranteeing that all established milestones and financial parameters are met without deviation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and lead facilitator for all communications between internal teams (including marketing, product, and engineering departments) and external vendors, artists, or specialized partners involved in creative initiatives.
- Facilitate clear, concise, and consistent communication across all project stakeholders, providing regular, transparent updates on project status, identifying potential risks, and outlining interdependencies.
- Expertly organize and facilitate all project meetings, including meticulous agenda preparation, accurate minute-taking, and diligent follow-up on all assigned action items to ensure accountability.
- Oversee the systematic collection, meticulous organization, and secure distribution of all creative assets, ensuring that proper intellectual property rights and necessary licensing agreements are rigorously secured and adhered to.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring that all necessary agreements, contracts, project briefs, and legal clearances are accurately prepared, maintained, and readily accessible.
- Proactively identify and strategically address potential project roadblocks and challenges, escalating critical issues as needed to senior management to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
- Provide robust support to the creative team in the ideation, development, and presentation of innovative concepts, compelling proposals, and engaging presentations for new creative initiatives.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement and refinement of project management processes, methodologies, and technological tools utilized within the creative and content department.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in project coordination or project management, ideally within a creative agency, marketing department, or media production environment.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple, simultaneous projects, expertly prioritizing tasks and resources in a highly dynamic and agile environment.
- Proficiency with industry-standard project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday.com, Smartsheet).
