Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of music production from concept to completion, including pre-production, tracking, mixing, and mastering.
- Collaborate closely with artists to develop their musical vision, provide creative direction, and guide their performances.
- Operate and maintain studio equipment, including DAWs, microphones, mixing consoles, and outboard gear.
- Record, edit, and arrange audio tracks to achieve desired sonic quality and artistic impact.
- Perform professional mixing and mastering services, ensuring optimal sound balance, clarity, and loudness.
- Develop and implement innovative sound design techniques and arrangements.
- Manage project timelines and budgets efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality productions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to artists and fellow team members.
- Stay updated with industry trends, software, and hardware advancements to continuously improve production quality.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in industry-standard DAWs (e.g., Pro Tools, Logic Pro, FL Studio, Ableton Live)
- Strong understanding of music theory, composition, and arrangement.
