Key Responsibilities
- Assist the PR team in developing and executing comprehensive press campaigns for artists and releases.
- Monitor media coverage across print, online, and broadcast platforms, compiling reports and analysis.
- Draft and distribute press releases, media alerts, and pitch letters to targeted journalists and outlets.
- Manage and update media databases, ensuring accuracy and relevance of contacts.
- Support the team with media outreach, including pitching stories and securing interviews.
- Coordinate artist interviews, photo shoots, and other media opportunities.
- Provide administrative support to the PR department, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense management.
- Assist in the planning and execution of press events, listening parties, and showcases.
- Contribute to social media content creation and strategy in support of PR initiatives.
- Research industry trends, competitive activities, and emerging media platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external media contacts.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with impeccable grammar and spelling.
