Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently load and unload customer belongings, including furniture, boxes, and other items, onto and off moving trucks.
- Work collaboratively with a team to ensure moves are completed in a timely and organized manner.
- Properly pack, wrap, and protect items to prevent damage during transit.
- Communicate clearly and courteously with customers, addressing any concerns and ensuring a positive moving experience.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of moving equipment and report any issues.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times, representing TWO MEN AND A TRUCK positively.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies, including proper lifting techniques and safe handling practices.
- Assist with equipment inventory and maintenance as needed, ensuring all tools are in good working order.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (75+ lbs) consistently throughout the day.
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and impeccable reliability.
