Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive engagement and exceptional service.
- Conduct comprehensive financial planning, including investment, retirement, estate, and risk management strategies.
- Perform in-depth financial analysis and present tailored investment solutions to clients.
- Actively engage in business development activities to attract and acquire new clients.
- Stay abreast of market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes affecting the financial industry.
- Ensure full compliance with all FINRA, SEC, and firm-specific regulations and policies.
- Collaborate with internal specialists (e.g., estate planners, lending specialists) to provide holistic client solutions.
- Educate clients on various financial products and services offered by Morgan Stanley.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and 65) licenses.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or investment advisory.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of success in business development and client acquisition.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) charter.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or other advanced degrees.
- Established book of business or strong network for client prospecting.
