Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing presentations.
 - Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and submitted promptly.
 - Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
 - Coordinate HR-related projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, training sessions, and wellness events.
 - Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, directing them to the appropriate resources when necessary.
 - Process and track HR forms, including leave requests, performance reviews, and status changes.
 - Support the recruitment team with interview scheduling, candidate communication, and background checks.
 - Generate HR reports and analytics as required, assisting in data collection and analysis.
 - Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
 - Collaborate with other departments to facilitate cross-functional HR initiatives and address employee needs.
 
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
 - 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative or assistant role.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
 - Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 - Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
 - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
 - Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
 
Preferred Qualifications
