Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange appointments for senior staff and financial advisors.
 - Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with high accuracy and attention to detail.
 - Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation, and process expense reports.
 - Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and visitors, directing inquiries appropriately and maintaining a professional demeanor.
 - Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval of information.
 - Assist with client relationship management tasks, including preparing client communications, scheduling client reviews, and ensuring accurate client records.
 - Order and maintain office supplies, manage inventory, and coordinate with vendors for office equipment maintenance.
 - Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and mail distribution.
 - Actively participate in office projects and initiatives, offering support and contributing to a positive team environment.
 - Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of ethics and compliance.
 
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a corporate or financial services environment.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
 - Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
 - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 - Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
