Job Description

Framework Housing Association is seeking a dedicated and analytical Monitoring & Evaluation Analyst with a strong focus on Field Data to join our impactful team in Wollaton, Nottingham. In this crucial role, you will be instrumental in enhancing the quality, effectiveness, and accountability of our diverse social support programs and initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement robust M&E plans, tools, and indicators for various programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and donor requirements.
  • Conduct regular field visits to program sites to collect primary data using qualitative and quantitative methods (surveys, interviews, focus groups, observations).
  • Manage and maintain M&E databases, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Analyze collected data to identify trends, measure program outputs and outcomes, and assess overall impact.
  • Prepare comprehensive M&E reports, case studies, and presentations for internal stakeholders, funders, and external partners.
  • Provide technical support and capacity building to program staff on M&E best practices, data collection techniques, and reporting standards.
  • Contribute to the development of proposals and concept notes by providing M&E expertise and baseline data.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational M&E policies and ethical guidelines for data collection and use.
  • Facilitate learning sessions and workshops to share M&E findings and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Support external evaluations and audits by providing necessary documentation and data.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing M&E systems, frameworks, and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods.
  • Proficiency in data collection software and tools (e.g., KoboToolbox, SurveyCTO, ODK).
  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data clearly.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, Stata).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in field settings and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement and training.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and data protection principles (GDPR).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Statistics, Public Health, or a related field.
  • Experience working within the non-profit or social housing sector.
  • Familiarity with theory of change and logical framework approaches.
  • Experience with GIS tools for data visualization and mapping.
  • Project management certification or experience.
