Job Description

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for understanding impact, data-driven insights, and contributing to meaningful change? PwC New Zealand is seeking an enthusiastic and analytical Entry-Level Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist (Especialista de M&A) to join our dynamic Advisory team in Auckland. This unique role is designed for individuals eager to develop a foundational career in M&E within a leading professional services firm. While the primary working language will be English, we recognise the global importance of M&E and include the Spanish term “Especialista de M&A” to acknowledge its international relevance.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting various projects across different sectors, helping our clients measure the effectiveness, efficiency, and impact of their programmes and initiatives. This isn’t just about crunching numbers; it’s about translating data into compelling narratives that inform strategic decisions and drive better outcomes. You will work alongside experienced consultants, learning best practices in M&E frameworks, methodologies, and tools. This is an unparalleled opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment, contributing to projects that span from public sector reform to social impact programs and corporate sustainability initiatives. We are looking for someone with a curious mind, a strong desire to learn, and a commitment to accuracy and ethical data practices. If you’re ready to embark on a challenging yet rewarding career path where your analytical skills can truly make a difference, we encourage you to apply.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and continuous improvement.
