You’ll work closely with experienced technicians, assisting them with diagnostics, repairs, and customer service. Your journey will begin by mastering the fundamentals of various mobile phone brands and models, understanding their internal components, and learning to perform basic troubleshooting. You will progressively learn to perform accurate diagnostics of mobile phone malfunctions, disassemble and reassemble devices with precision, and replace faulty components such as screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, and logic boards. Furthermore, you’ll gain an understanding of software diagnostics, firmware flashing, and basic data recovery techniques. Beyond the technical aspects, you’ll also gain valuable experience in customer interaction, learning how to articulate technical issues in an understandable manner, provide clear repair estimates, and deliver exceptional service that reinforces Slot Systems’ reputation for reliability and trust.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in the structured training program on mobile phone repair and diagnostics.
- Assist senior technicians in diagnosing and troubleshooting various mobile phone issues (hardware and software).
- Learn to safely disassemble and reassemble mobile phones and other mobile devices.
- Perform basic component replacements (e.g., screens, batteries, charging ports) under supervision.
- Support in testing repaired devices to ensure full functionality and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to the overall cleanliness of the service center.
- Shadow and observe experienced technicians interacting with customers, learning best practices in customer service.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, safety procedures, and repair protocols.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve technical knowledge and practical skills.
