Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of complex projects, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and successful closure.
- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to clearly define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, resource allocation, critical paths, and budget forecasts.
- Proactively identify, assess, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing robust contingency plans to ensure project continuity.
- Facilitate seamless and effective communication and collaboration among diverse cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, design, and operations.
- Continuously monitor project progress against established metrics, provide regular status reports to all relevant stakeholders, and manage expectations effectively.
- Ensure all projects adhere to Meta's rigorous quality standards, best practices, and operational guidelines.
- Champion and drive continuous improvement initiatives in project management processes, tools, and methodologies across the organization.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, fostering alignment and securing buy-in throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Prepare and deliver compelling project updates, strategic proposals, and insightful presentations to various audiences, including executive leadership.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of demonstrable project management experience within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and delivering complex, large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding and practical application of various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Exceptional leadership, highly developed communication, and superior interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Proficiency with industry-standard project management software and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decisive decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related technical field.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional), CSM (Certified ScrumMaster), or other relevant industry-recognized project management certifications.
- Experience working at a large-scale, global technology company, particularly within social media, AR/VR, or AI domains.
- Strong technical background or extensive experience managing software development projects with deep technical complexity.

- Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Engineering Management, or Technology Management.
