Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and timely.
  • Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Act as a first point of contact for basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Support the coordination of HR programs, events, and training sessions.
  • Assist with offboarding processes, including exit interviews and final paperwork.
  • Generate HR reports and presentations as needed, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Process invoices and manage expense reports for the HR department.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless HR operations and employee support.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
