Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Assist Business Development Managers in preparing compelling presentations, proposals, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and update CRM systems with accurate and timely information on leads, prospects, and partner interactions.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups with potential partners and clients.
- Support the development and execution of strategic partnership initiatives.
- Process and track partnership agreements and related documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product, to ensure alignment on business development goals.
- Participate in internal team meetings, contributing ideas and insights to improve processes and strategies.
- Maintain an organized system for tracking progress on multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
- Provide general administrative support to the Business Development team as needed.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to perform thorough market research and data analysis
