Key Responsibilities
- Assist research scientists in designing, conducting, and analyzing experiments related to AI models and algorithms.
- Perform extensive data collection, annotation, cleaning, and preprocessing tasks to support various research projects.
- Implement and debug machine learning models and algorithms using frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Manage and maintain research infrastructure, including GPU clusters and data storage systems.
- Document experimental procedures, results, and observations meticulously, contributing to research papers and internal reports.
- Conduct literature reviews to stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and identify potential areas for exploration.
- Collaborate closely with team members to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize experimental workflows.
- Present findings and progress updates to the research team in a clear and concise manner.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 1+ year of experience (academic or industry) with programming in Python.
- Familiarity with at least one major deep learning framework (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Strong understanding of fundamental machine learning concepts and algorithms.
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative research team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in a relevant technical field.
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
