Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive Meta advertising strategies to achieve client or internal business objectives.
- Oversee significant advertising budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and performance across all campaigns.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance data, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Manage and optimize ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and Audience Network, utilizing advanced targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences.
- Implement and troubleshoot Meta Pixel and Conversions API to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Generate detailed performance reports and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta advertising features, platform changes, and industry best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior team members on Meta advertising strategies and tools, if applicable.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams to align advertising efforts with broader company goals.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Meta advertising campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Analytics.
- Proven expertise in audience targeting, segmentation, and lookalike audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecast performance, and achieve ROI targets.
- Fluency in English and Italian (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with other digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Certification in Meta Blueprint or other relevant advertising certifications.
