Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to merchant inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical and operational issues related to payment processing, account management, and Stripe products.
  • Guide merchants through product features, documentation, and best practices to optimize their use of Stripe.
  • Document all interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, product, and sales, to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our help center and internal knowledge base.
  • Identify trends in merchant feedback to help improve Stripe's products and services.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through empathetic and effective communication.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • A genuine desire to help others and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software, systems, and technical concepts.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency with common office software.
