Key Responsibilities

  • Lead shifts by delegating tasks, overseeing crew performance, and ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Manage cash handling procedures, including drawer reconciliation and bank deposits.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service, promptly addressing and resolving customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
  • Train new and existing crew members on McDonald's operational procedures and customer service best practices.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and receiving supplies.
  • Ensure restaurant cleanliness and organization at all times.
