Key Responsibilities
- Participate in an intensive training program to understand all aspects of restaurant operations.
- Learn and apply McDonald's operational procedures, including food safety, quality control, and hygiene standards.
- Assist in supervising shifts, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to company policies.
- Train and coach crew members on proper procedures, customer service, and teamwork.
- Help manage inventory, control waste, and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Support the management team in achieving sales goals and operational targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure a safe working environment for all employees and customers.
- Assist with scheduling, cash handling, and administrative duties as needed.
- Maintain high standards of restaurant cleanliness and organization.
