Key Responsibilities
- Operate commercial dishwashing machinery and handwash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently.
- Ensure all kitchenware, including cutlery and serving dishes, is cleaned, sanitized, and properly stored according to health codes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and floors.
- Empty trash cans regularly and maintain a clean and odor-free waste disposal area.
- Assist with general kitchen cleaning tasks, including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, and cleaning equipment.
- Support kitchen staff by ensuring a steady and continuous supply of clean dishes and cooking equipment.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and McDonald's operational procedures, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, breakages, or maintenance needs to management promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members across different shifts to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
