Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take food and drink orders accurately.
- Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash responsibly, providing correct change to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized front counter, lobby, and drive-thru area.
- Suggest additional menu items and promotions to enhance customer experience (upselling).
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
- Assist with food preparation and packaging when needed, ensuring food safety standards are met.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety and hygiene.
- Contribute to a positive team environment through clear communication and support for colleagues.
