Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of McCafe beverages, including espresso drinks, iced coffees, and other specialty items, following McDonald's recipes and standards.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other McCafe equipment safely and efficiently.
- Take customer orders accurately, process payments using the point-of-sale system, and handle cash transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting McCafe area and workstation throughout your shift.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Provide friendly, prompt, and efficient customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Assist with stocking and inventory of McCafe supplies and ingredients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the entire restaurant.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to uniform and appearance standards.
