Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to various departments and project teams.
- Manage and maintain data in relevant systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Generate and distribute reports, presentations, and other critical documents as required.
- Assist with the coordination of meetings, workshops, and client engagements, including scheduling and logistics.
- Act as a first point of contact for internal inquiries, effectively resolving issues or escalating them appropriately.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing team members.
- Maintain organized records and documentation, adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
- Perform light technical troubleshooting for common software and hardware issues.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless workflow and consistent service delivery.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, operational, or support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
