Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to Risk Management consultants and teams.
- Manage and maintain client files, databases, and confidential documentation with utmost accuracy and discretion.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence using various software applications.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for department personnel.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate individuals or providing information as needed.
- Process expenses, invoices, and other financial documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Support project management activities, including tracking deadlines and monitoring progress.
- Facilitate internal and external communication, ensuring timely and professional interactions.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring the department has necessary resources.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, participating in departmental initiatives as required.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a professional services environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work produced.
