Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analysis for a diverse client portfolio.
- Develop and implement tailored risk management strategies and solutions.
- Advise clients on optimal insurance program design, placement, and optimization.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging risks (e.g., cyber, climate change), and regulatory changes.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and proposals on risk exposures, mitigation plans, and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams across Marsh McLennan's businesses to deliver integrated client solutions.

Required Skills
