Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our dynamic team in Columbia, South Carolina. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain client and operational data within internal systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Process various operational transactions, including data entry, record keeping, and report generation, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Support the preparation of client-facing materials, presentations, and reports, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes for clients and internal stakeholders, coordinating necessary documentation and access.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Client Service, Finance, Compliance) to resolve operational issues and improve workflows.
  • Respond to internal inquiries regarding operational procedures, data, and system functionality.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the implementation of new operational efficiencies.
  • Adhere to all company policies, compliance regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an operations support role, preferably within financial services, insurance, or a professional services environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with strong Excel skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
