Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a dedicated book of business, focusing on retention and expansion of client relationships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Develop and execute strategic client plans, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling Marsh McLennan's diverse service offerings.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and proposal development, effectively articulating value propositions.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to design and deliver comprehensive, tailored risk management and insurance programs.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance carriers to secure optimal coverage and pricing for clients.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Actively participate in professional development and networking activities to enhance expertise and build market presence.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or client advisory within the insurance, financial services, or consulting industries.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of understanding complex client needs and designing effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license or ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
