Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and inform them of daily specials with enthusiasm and detail.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring all special requests and dietary restrictions are clearly communicated to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, adhering to high standards of presentation and service.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, anticipating needs and responding to requests professionally and courteously.
- Process payments accurately, handle cash and credit card transactions, and manage point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, as well as Marriott's brand standards.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for various meal services or events.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment, always ready to assist colleagues when needed.
